ONE Friday Fights 132 Results: Ondash Earns Main Roster Deal, Khunponnoi Dominates Thant Zin
ONE Friday Fights 132 lit up Bangkok, Thailand, with another action-packed Asia primetime showcase on Friday, November 7.
The 11-bout card featured nine fast-paced Muay Thai battles and a pair of MMA contests, where hungry contenders fought for pride, redemption, and a chance to edge closer to the main-roster dream.
By the end of the night, one fighter earned a life-changing contract, while several others strengthened their cases for future opportunities.
Before attention shifts to ONE Fight Night 37: Kryklia vs. Agdeve on Prime Video in just a few hours, here’s what went down in the Thai capital this past Friday.
Ondash Crushes Kompet To Earn Main Roster Contract
Abdallah Ondash stopped Kompet Sitsarawatsuer in the third round of their flyweight Muay Thai war on his way to a six-figure main roster deal in ONE.
The 24-year-old Lebanese striker met fire with fire from the start. Each time Kompet threw his right kick, Ondash caught it clean and fired back with fast punches that pushed the Thai veteran off balance.
In the second round, Ondash stepped forward with a spinning body kick that thudded against his opponent’s ribs before they exchanged heavy hooks in the pocket, with neither man willing to take a backward step.
The final round needed only seconds. As Kompet stepped forward, Ondash met him with a left hook that dropped him hard. The Thai warrior rose, but another hook found the mark, ending it at 0:25 of the frame.
His third straight triumph – seventh overall – on ONE Friday Fights earned him a US$100,000 main roster contract. His resume now stands at 23-2.
The 24-year-old now joins his younger brother, Ramadan “The Scorpion” Ondash, who earned a similar deal following his highlight-reel finish at ONE Friday Fights 114.
Khunponnoi Edges Out Thant Zin To Score Six Straight Victories

Khunponnoi Sor Sommai and Thant Zin went the distance in their flyweight Muay Thai scrap. In the end, the former got his hand raised after a spectacular three-round display.
Thant Zin came out firing, hacking at his foe’s legs like he was chopping wood, and even snuck in a left hook that rattled Khunponnoi early.
The 32-year-old Thai steadied himself, though, and started to answer with left high kicks that slowed his younger foe. Bit by bit, those kicks took the spring out of the Myanmar striker’s steps.

Khunponnoi carried that momentum into the second stanza. He mixed his targets and alternated between hooks and kicks, while Thant Zin kept walking forward through the punishment like a man chasing daylight.
The final round was pure grit – both throwing until the crowd rose to its feet – but Khunponnoi’s body kicks drained the fight out of his rival.
When the bell rang, the judges awarded Khunponnoi a unanimous decision, giving him a sixth straight win on the global stage and moving his record to 126-33.
