Ilias Ennahachi

Former ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Ilias Ennahachi began training in martial arts at the age of 11, after joining his cousin for a kickboxing class. It soon became his passion in life, and he knew from the time he won his first European Championship that he wanted to become a professional kickboxer.

Ennahachi got off to an excellent start in his kickboxing career, winning six Kickboxing World Titles by the time he was 23 years old to be ranked as one of the best in the world. He has mostly competed in his native Netherlands, but he has also ventured as far as China, Japan, and Abu Dhabi to showcase his elite skills.

His most potent weapon remains his elusiveness, as he has made a name for himself with his excellent footwork in the ring, allowing him to avoid damage while landing powerful strikes of his own.

His excellent record unsurprisingly earned him a World Title shot in his ONE Championship debut, and he put on the performance of a lifetime to knock out Petchdam Petchyindee and capture the ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Title.

Ennahachi made a pair of successful World Title defenses, beating longtime rival Wang Wenfeng in their trilogy bout and handing Superlek Kiatmoo9 his first loss in ONE Championship. But he vacated the belt in January 2023 due to his inability to make the flyweight limit of 135 pounds while hydrated.

Nevertheless, Ennahachi is determined to strike gold again — this time in the bantamweight kickboxing division.
